Start your project

Orders start with a short email. Tell us about your business and what you need, and we reply with a quote and a delivery time.

How to order

There is no long form to fill in and no account to create. You send one email with the details listed below, and that is enough for us to understand your project and give you a price. We kept this simple on purpose, because most local business owners are busy and do not want to click through five screens to ask a question.

Write the email in your own words. You do not need to sound formal or technical. A few short lines about your business, the kind of website you want and your rough budget is plenty to get started. If you forget something, we will ask follow-up questions when we reply.

If you would rather talk it through first, you can use the same email to ask a question before sending a full request. There is no script to follow and no wrong way to make contact. The goal is simply to understand your business well enough to quote it fairly.

What to send in your project request

The more of these you include, the faster we can give you an accurate quote. If you do not know an answer yet, just say so and we will work it out together.

  • Business name - the name you trade under.
  • Country and city - where you are based and the area you serve.
  • Industry - for example cleaning, beauty, auto repair or physiotherapy.
  • Current website, if any - a link to your existing site, even if it is old.
  • What kind of website is needed - one page, a few pages, or landing pages per service.
  • Preferred language - the main language for the site, and any extra languages.
  • Number of pages - your best guess is fine.
  • Deadline - when you would like the site to be ready.
  • Budget range - a rough range so we can suggest the right package.
  • WhatsApp or email contact - the best way to reach you.

The quickest way to start is to copy the template below into an email, fill in what you can and send it. You do not need to answer every line. Leave anything blank if you are not sure yet, and we will ask about it when we reply.

What happens after you send your request

Once your email arrives, we read it and reply with a clear plan. You are never committed to anything by sending the first message. It is just the start of a conversation about what you need.

  1. We confirm we received your request and ask any quick follow-up questions.
  2. We send a fixed quote, a suggested package and an estimated delivery time.
  3. If you agree, you send your content: services, prices, hours and any photos.
  4. We build the page and send you a link to review.
  5. You request changes, we adjust, and we hand over the finished files.

How quickly we reply

We aim to answer every request within one to two business days. If your project is urgent, say so in the subject line and we will tell you honestly whether the deadline is realistic. We would rather decline a date we cannot meet than promise something and let you down.

Because the first contact is by email, you have a written record of what was agreed: the price, the scope and the timing. That keeps things clear for both sides and means there are no surprises later.

Tips for a faster, more accurate quote

A few small things help us reply with a firm price instead of a rough estimate. If you have an existing website, send the link even if you think it looks dated. It tells us a lot about your services and the wording you already use. If you do not have a site, a link to your social media page works just as well.

Be honest about your budget range. It is not a test, and naming a range does not push the price up. It helps us suggest the right package and avoid wasting your time on options that are too big or too small. The same goes for your deadline. If you need the site live before a busy season, tell us early so we can plan around it.

Finally, gather any photos you already have before you write. Real pictures of your work, your team or your premises make a site far more convincing than stock images. You do not need professional photography. Clear phone photos taken in good light are usually enough to start.

A few things to keep in mind

No backend or login

This order page does not run any server-side form. That keeps the site fast and safe. Your request comes straight to our inbox by email.

Your content stays yours

Anything you send, from text to photos, is used only to build your website. The finished files belong to you once the project is paid.
