Request a website quote for your UK business

Write a few plain lines about the business, the areas you cover and what customers should do on the website. We will turn that into a written scope, GBP price and realistic delivery plan.

No technical brief is required

A useful request can be as simple as: “I am an electrician covering these postcodes, I need my services explained and I want customers to call or request a quote.” We ask the technical questions after we understand the business.

What to include in the first message

The details below help us quote accurately. Send what you know and leave the rest blank. A rough note is better than delaying the project because the wording is not polished.

The business

Name, location, services, opening hours and the areas or customers you serve.

The website goal

The action that matters most: call, booking, message, directions, table reservation or quote request.

What already exists

An old website, social profile, brochure, logo, photographs, reviews or rough notes.

Pages and languages

The services, locations and language audiences that may need their own pages.

Timing

Any opening date, campaign, event or busy season that affects the realistic delivery schedule.

Budget

A range helps us recommend the correct scale and avoid proposing work that does not fit.

Copy this website request

Copy this checklist into an email and answer in your own words. It is not an application form and there is no obligation to proceed.

What happens after the email arrives

We read the request, check the likely page structure and reply with any essential questions. The proposal then confirms the package, price in pounds, delivery estimate and what we need from you.

  1. We confirm the request. Any necessary questions are kept short and specific.
  2. We recommend a structure. The proposal explains why a one-page or multi-page site fits.
  3. You receive the fixed quote. The scope, price and timing are written down.
  4. The build starts after approval. You review a working version before final handover.

UK details that make the quote more accurate

  • List the towns, boroughs or postcodes you genuinely cover. This prevents the site from making a wider claim than the business can fulfil.
  • Say whether customers normally phone, complete a quote request or book online. The main action shapes the page layout.
  • Send an existing website, Google Business Profile or social page if available. Even an outdated page helps us understand the language your customers already see.

How quickly we answer

We normally reply within one or two business days. If the job is tied to an opening date or seasonal deadline, include the date and we will tell you honestly whether it is achievable.

The email record keeps the agreed scope, price and delivery date clear for both sides. Sending a request does not commit you to a purchase.

Before sending files or photographs

Your material remains yours

Text, logos and photographs are used only to assess or build the requested website. Do not send private customer data or material you do not have permission to use.

Rough material is acceptable

Phone photos, notes and an old leaflet can be enough for the first quote. We will identify what needs improvement before using it on the final page.

Send the project details

A short, honest message is enough to start. We will take the business facts and turn them into a practical website proposal.
